Leave JFK Friday, June 18 via NW at 5:40PM
    Arrive Amsterdam 7:05AM

Leave Amsterdam Sat. June 19 via KLM
    at 10:35AM arrive MT Kilimanjaro
    8:05PM transfer to Mountain Inn

Sunday June 20 start climb up MT Kilimanjaro
    after breakfast at 7AM
    Arrive at Mandara Hut, 6000 ft.
    Over night at Mandara Hut.

Monday June 21 climb to Horombo Hut 12,000 ft. Over night

Tuesday June 22 climb to Kibo Hut at 15,450ft. Overnight

Wednesday June 23 climb to top of mountain 18,640ft.
    at Gillman's Point, a few get to Uhum Peak at 19,340
    then descent to Horombo Hut over night

Thursday June 24 finish descent ofMT Kilimanjaro

Friday June 25 day of rest evening Africa Musical festival

Saturday June 26 - tour of marathon route, and city of Moshi
     Pasta Party with authentic African music and dancing
     City Officials, and National Officials present

Sunday June 27 - MT KILIMANJARO MARTATHON at 8AM
     Awards ceremony in afternoon & celebration at night

Monday June 28 - leave from MT Kilimanjaro Airport
    on KLM at 9:05PM

Arrive Amsterdam at 7:35AM Tuesday morning

Tuesday June 29 leave Amsterdam NW at 1:15PM
     Arrive JFK at 3:20PM
     It is still Tuesday June 29.

This Itinerary can be expanded to include a stop over in Amsterdam or five day Safari either after or before the MT Kilimanjaro Marathon at additional cost. A $800 refundable deposit is required. Please sign up as soon as you are sure that you are going so we can reserve your place. Call me with any questions that you might have.
