| Day 2 | Thursday, June 12, 2008 Arrive Amsterdam 7:05am Leave Amsterdam - via KLM at 10:35am Arrive Mt Kilimanjaro 8:05pm and transfer to Mountain Inn |
| Day 3 | Friday, June 13th 50 Mile Bike Race/Ride at 8am Race convenes at 8am. Awards ceremony in afternoon & celebration at night. Those not going on Bike Race leave JFK |
| Day 4 | Saturday, June 14th Day of rest or optional tour ( Moshi Town, Arusha, etc.) Runners arrive at Mt Kilimanjaro airport and are transported to the hotel. |
| Day 5 | Sunday, June 15th Start climb up Mt Kilimanjaro after breakfast at 7:00am Overnight at 6,000 ft Mandara Hut. |
| Day 6 | Monday, June 16th Continue climb with all day push to Overnight at 12,000 ft Horombo Hut. |
| Day 7 | Tuesday, June 17th Thin air climb to Overnight at 15,450 ft Kibo Hut. |
| Day 8 | Wednesday, June 18th Climb to top of mountain 18,640 ft Gillman's Point An intrepid few will get to Uhuru Peak at 19,340 ft, the roof of the continent Descent to Horombo Hut over night. |
| Day 9 | Thursday, June 19th Finish descent of Mt Kilimanjaro |
| Day 10 | Friday, June 20th A well earned day of rest (Optional Tours Available) |
| Day 11 | Saturday, June 21st Tour of marathon route and city of Moshi Pasta Party with authentic African music and dancing. Enjoy time with Moshi City Officials, National Officials, and American Embassy personnel. |
| Day 12 | Sunday, June 22nd 19th Annual Mt Kilimanjaro Marathon Race convenes at 8am. Awards ceremony in afternoon & celebration at night. |
| Day 13 | Monday, June 23rd Runners not going on Safari leave Start the 5 Day Safari by driving to Ngorongoro Crater Sightseeing and wild life observation. Overnight stay. |
| Day 14 | Tuesday, June 24th Safari continues at Ngorongoro Crater Opportunities for photography and sketching. Overnight stay. |
| Day 15 | Wednesday, June 25th Safari continues, drive to the famous Serengeti Plains via Olduvia Gorge Sightseeing, photography, sketching, and overnight. HOT AIR BALLOON ride over the Serengeti at additional cost |
| Day 16 | Thursday, June 26th Serengeti sightseeing continues Drive to Lake Manyara for overnight |
| Day 17 | Friday, June 27th Safari continues, drive back to MT INN in Moshi |
| Day 18 | Saturday, June 28th Depart Mt. Kilimanjaro Airport at 9:05pm |
